New Student Orientation
August 18, 2009
The New Student Orientation is a way for the incoming second cohort to meet the first cohort, faculty, and administrators. It also gives new students an idea of what to expect from their first year in the program. Faculty, administrators, and returning students are introduced to the incoming cohort and vice versa. Dr. Doman (VP for Student Affairs), Dr. Kear (College of Education Dean), Dr. Aripoli (Director of Student Affairs Development), and Dr. Brown (M.S. Student Affairs Program Director), will each be given the opportunity to provide words of direction and encouragement for the students. Lunch is served following the event, and students and faculty/administrators are given the chance to casually discuss the coming year.
