Our literacy graduate program at Missouri State is committed to helping you advance as a reading professional. We work to ensure you are empowered with critical thinking, problem solving and creative capabilities to make appropriate decisions and continue growing as a reading educator.

Successful completion of our program results with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Special Reading Teacher Certification for grades K-12; however, you must already be certified in an additional area before you can qualify for certification.
