The PEU membership application is available here as a MS Word document. Right-click on the link below and choose "Save Target As..." to save the document to your own machine.  Browse to the location where you saved the document, double-click to open it, and type into the spaces.  Submit the completed application to the PEC office by mail (Hill Hall 205B) or e-mail (pec@missouristate.edu).
