Because of the University's geographic location, Missouri State can offer teacher candidates student teaching opportunties (clinical practice) in both urban and rural schools. It is essential for the prospective teacher to learn that all schools and faculties are different. The best way to do this is to work in different environments and to learn how to adjust to these situations. Our Field Experience department looks forward to working with our teaching candidates affording them this opportunity and moving students towards the goal to become certified teaching professionals!
