Project ACCESS offers two versions of customized Program Review and Evaluation forms. Both of these forms include a set of instructional indicators and programmatic and administrative indicators. Both forms include both quality scales and priority scales. One is intended for general program review and the other is intended for middle-secondary school program review for higher functioning students.
