What is the BTA?
The Southwest Beginning Teacher Assistance (BTA) Collaborative program is provided by the following southwest Missouri colleges to assist beginning Educators in fulfilling the DESE requirement to attend a BTA program:
- Baptist Bible College
- College of the Ozarks
- Drury University
- Evangel University
- Missouri State University
- Southwest Baptist University
The program provides access to ongoing professional development for educators within the first three years of their teaching careers.
