Three Cohorts Offered to Alleviate Substitute Demands

Districts are encouraged to split their new teachers/mentors over the three cohorts  so they can all benefit from the regional networking, guest expert speakers, and powerful learning and support this program provides.

Each cohort has its own Paired Learning Experience as well, so all teachers have the opportunity to expand their learning into application as they team with their cohort mentors for reflective planning, coaching, and feedback.
