Learning outcomes for the educational administration specialist degree

• Students will demonstrate competence on the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) content standards by earning a satisfactory score on the DESE required certification assessments.
• Students will be able to apply the Missouri Leadership Development System (MLDS) standards to their field of study as demonstrated by successfully completing field-based internship and receiving a satisfactory score on their capstone research project.
