We offer a variety of graduate programs for certified teachers with pathways to additional certification. Many programs are available fully online.
Master’s programs
- Educational administration (principal certification) – Learn to be an effective school administrator.
- Literacy* (reading specialist certification) – Hone your ability to enhance reading instruction.
Specialist programs
- Educational administration** (principal or superintendent certification) – Prepare yourself to work as a school principal or superintendent.
- Special education and assessment** (school psychological examiner certification) – Get the required knowledge and training to complete educational testing for students with special needs in K-12 settings.
Certificate programs
- Education of gifted and talented students* (gifted and talented certification) – Learn how to teach exceptional students and help them thrive.
- Elementary mathematics specialist* – Obtain more knowledge and training to lead the teaching of math for grades K-8.
- Literacy* (can lead to certification as a reading specialist) – Focus on strengthening the reading and writing skills of students and/or adults.
- Orientation and mobility (O&M specialist certification) – Gain expertise to work with blind or visually impaired people.
- Library media specialist* – Become an expert in managing school libraries and information services.
