Biography
Dr. Cemore Brigden has over 30 years of experience in the early childhood field as a teacher in private arenas and public schools from Pre-K through college. She passionately defends the rights of every child to play through her teaching, research, and service. Her research includes the study of children’s make-believe play, creativity, emotional intelligence, service-learning, and teacher perceptions. She currently saves as Editor of The Association for the Study of Play’s International Newsletter and Co-Editor of the international journal Play, Policy, & Practice Connections.
