STEPS: Forgot Username

Missouri State Students

Your username is your full MSU email address including @live.missouristate.edu. (Example: bmclain@live.missouristate.edu). Your email address is NOT the same as the private id (user name) that you use to log into a computer on campus or the id you use to log into Live to check your email. If you are unsure try sending yourself an email and then click on your name in the email you receive. That should show your email address.

Faculty, Staff, and University Supervisors

Your username is your Missouri State email address. If you are a contracted supervisor without a Missouri State email address, your username will be the email address you provided to the Field Experience office.

Cooperating Teacher

Your username is your entire professional school email address that you provided to the MSU University Supervisor.
