Services and Programs

Our consultants work very hard to establish relevant and dynamic training and consulting for the 94 school districts and hundreds of educators in the southwest Missouri region. We strive to give districts easily accessible opportunities to expand their knowledge and add to their skills as leaders and educators.

Our programs

Teacher Development System

A system of career-spanning, connected, and aligned professional learning opportunities for teachers. This collection of programs spans from Beginning Teacher Assistance to the Regional Teacher of the Year Program, providing differentiated learning for teachers no matter where they are in their teaching journey. These programs are supported by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and are on-going, job-embedded, and research-based. Most programs offer cohort-style learning and regional networking.

Beginning Teacher Assistance Program (BTAP)

Support for new teachers in their first year. This program meets the new BTAP guidelines and provides on-going, job-embedded, research-based learning for new teachers. Teachers meet throughout the year in cohorts, providing a regional networking opportunity for new teachers. New teachers are encouraged to join a Paired Learning Experience Cohort during their BTAP year for powerful applications of learning with mentors.
